Custom Reports

Alliance offers the ability to create custom reports using the industry standard Crystal Reports engine.

Customers are provided with data dictionaries to search any database in the system.

The user is able to sort, filter, group or cross-correlate data within the system. Results are available for viewing, storage, export to word processors, and printing. Custom queries may be saved for future use. Data dictionaries are provided.

The Alliance system ships with more than 500 incident performance based reports. The reports were developed to address information needed to operate a public safety institution. It is very likely that most reports are already available or can be created by modifying an existing report.

A novice user can run reports and/or export information for internal or external dissemination.

An expert user with understanding of data dictionaries can build or modify ad-hoc reports to meet almost any reporting requirement or data analysis requirement.
